											WITHDRAWAL OF STUDENTS 
											
											The boys may be withdrawn from the school on the following 
													grounds 
											 
											
												 MEDICAL GROUNDS 
												
											If a boy becomes medically unfit and is likely to been fit for 
													entry into NDA, he is to be withdrawn from the school. However, he maybe 
													permitted to continue his studies on payment of full fee from the date he is 
													found medically unfit, provided he does not constitute a health hazard to other 
													boys.  
											 
											
												 WITHDRAWAL DUE TO 
														NON-PAYMENT OF FEE
											Repeated defaulters who do not pay fee regularly may be 
													withdrawn from the school. The parents will be required to clear the dues and 
													also to refund any amount that might have been sanctioned as scholarship by the 
													Government in such cases. 
											 
											
												 WITHDRAWAL ON PARENT'S 
														REQUEST 
												
											Boys are accepted for admission with the understanding that 
													they will remain in the school for the entire course. Should they, however, be 
													withdrawn due to personal reasons, parents will have to pay the fees in 
													accordance with the school rules. Notice of withdrawal must be given in writing 
													to the Principal two months before the commencement of the following term. 
													Failure to give notice will entail forfeiture of caution money. Parents of boys 
													who are in receipt of scholarship can withdraw them only on repayment of entire 
													scholarship amount received by them as per bond executed. 
											 
											
												 WITHDRAWAL ON 
														DISCIPLINARY GROUNDS 
												
											The Principal can without assigning any reason asks a 
													parent/Guardian to withdraw his ward from the school if he considers the boys 
													conduct, behaviour or influence is in any way detrimental to the interest of 
													the school. In such cases, the entire amount of scholarship has to be returned 
													by the parent. 
											 
											
												 WITHDRAWAL ON POOR 
														ACADEMIC GROUNDS 
												
											The boys who fail in the Annual Examination will be withdrawn 
													from the school except in Classes VI, VII and VIII when one year detention 
													during orientation period may be permitted. Detention is, however, not 
													permitted to students belonging to the states of Arunachal Pradesh and Tripura 
													as they are given the advantage of age group at the time of admission (Refer to 
													para 49 and 50 of this Prospectus).
